Compliments from Kade are the best. He won't say something just to be nice, he has to believe it. So when I get an "I love you" or even a "thanks mom", I'm so glad.
Tonight my boys got to go play at Uncle Robert and Aunt Trisha's. They were so excited. They even took naps so they could go (that hasn't happened since Christmas day). They had a fabulous time- with the exception of Sam, who had a fabulous time until he got tired and cracked after the one hour mark. When we were climbing into the truck to go home, with pockets filled with fruit snacks (thanks Uncle Rob), Kade took a deep breath and said, "Man, they are fun!" They are fun. And nice to babysit three rowdy boys, too. Thanks so much!
I also just realized that today Kade was wearing a Jake-me-down shirt and Zach had on his new 'Drew-me down shoes, which he thinks are wonderful and really fast. So, hurray for family! And thanks everyone- some days it takes a village, right?!
