I love having a preschooler in the house. They say the funniest things. Here are some of our latest.
A few Sunday’s ago Zach looked at me and said, “I guess you speak Spanish now.”
I was a little confused, as I no habla espanol. But I looked at him a second, then looked down and noticed I was still wearing my off black nylons from church. “Because of my legs?” Yep.
I think the Spanish thing is coming from Diego…
He also told me yesterday, “When Grandma and Grandpa Lee were pioneers they helped people who speak Spanish.”
Yes. When they were MISSIONARIES they did help people who spoke Spanish.
Zach also hopes our new baby will speak Spanish. We'll see, should be exciting.
We had to fill out spotlight papers for Primary. It asked what they want to be when they grow up. Kade, not a surprise, wants to be a scientist. Zach, a big surprise, apparently wants to be a cheerleader when he grows up.

Matty wants you to know that he wants to be an archeologists when he grows up. And Katie wants to be "not an archeologist. hmmmmm. I wanna be when I grow up is... oh a doctor!" (just as unexpected at the cheerleader answer I assure you.)
