Oooh, false alarm. I found a pile of random pics that I gotta share. Enjoy some randomness.
I missed posting Halloween. How cute is this crowd. Kyle was going to be Colonel Sanders in his 1970's white 3-piece disco suit, and I was going to have all the boys be chickens holding KFC buckets. What's not to love?! Apparently chickens are too juvenile for the 7 year old crowd, which means the 4 year old will say no thank you too. It was kind of a heart breaker for me, but I had one cute little chicken and some way awesome vampires- and notice Kyle with his knitted pumpkin beanie- awesome! Much thanks to my friend who called to say I could borrow her capes just as I was at the fabric counter buying fabric to make them. She saved my day! I prefer my sewing machine dusty and unused.
This is what we call Pirate Baby. A plugged tear duct? that persists. I promise we bathe her, and this photo borders on child abuse, but it was so funny when Zach saw her and said, "Arg Sis!" Too funny.
Zach was waiting and waiting at the window for Kyle to get home from work. When I went to close the blinds before bed I found this- three lego guys on pedestals Zach had built all facing out the window where Kyle parks- apparently they were all waiting for Kyle. I loved all that this said about how much this quieter boy loves his Dad.
Sam had to have this enormous bucket o' cheese balls at the family white elephant party. An uncle opened it and Sam went right over and took it, and that was the end of that. Yum, cheese balls! We let him eat a big cup full and then we "accidently" left it at our next Christmas party.

Hey wait, same boy, same shirt, different funny face, different snow cone!?! Oh, that's a snow ball. Yes we've seem a lot of those lately, too.
And something even sweeter than the Tiki Shack to keep you company until I put together a new blog post. Miss Sarah. I was remembering that before she was born Zach suggested we name her "Strawberry Delicious". A little over the top for my tastes, but now that I know her a little better, I think Zach was on to something. She is a sweet little thing. Something like a strawberry flavored cupcake. Pink and pleasant. Yum.
Stay tuned tomorrow (or next month) for the update of Christmas, "the best birthday ever", my 30-somethingth celebration, and a tonsil outing. Should be awesome!

Hehe, this is the exact kind of blog post that's going to come out of me pretty soon. We miss snowcones too. We got our card completely punched at the one by Smith's, but then we never got our free one! Hopefully they'll be back this summer.
I miss your strawberry delicious baby, and so does Mandie!
