She had a beautiful blessing day with family and friends, handsome brothers, a gorgeous dress, and we got her name right the first try. What more could you ask for?
It must be said, it's a lot more fun to dress up a baby girl. This outfit was inspired by these cute little shoes from cousin Maggie, I had to plan an entire outfit around them so we could wear them before she outgrew them. (That's cousin Maggie's halloween skeleton shirt under the jumper, too.) I had this outfit laid out all week and dressed her up on Sunday, and put her in her carseat where she slept covered up the whole time we were there. My mom was right, "It's not a fashion show". But she looked so cute, and I was the only one who knew, so I took a picture.
I won't be able to plan outfits around all of her shoes because she has over 40 pair between sizes 0-3. This picture is just a portion of her grand collection. We had a couple of friends bring over baby clothes and somehow we ended up with a whole lotta shoes. All this before she will even be able to walk...
We are loving this sweet baby. She's a keeper.

gotta love the baby shoes! She's adorable. (We actually have another pair of shoes for the mix, if you want them! They're these adorable gold baby gap shoes . . .)
