Big Brother

It's good to have a big brother...

Truthfully this house is jumping when our big brother is home.  He keeps us all moving and on our toes all the time.  We are never bored, and we are sometimes very tired.  But we love him, and we are so glad he takes such good care of us.

This morning he thought his future missionary badge would look good on Z's church suit, I luckily got a quick picture of him pinning it on him.  So cute.

They were both pleased.

This is big bro reading a book and rocking with baby at bedtime last night.  He was so proud and baby was thrilled.

Our big bro also loves to learn.  He wanted to learn about Electricity for the science fair this year.  We read some books, and Dad helped him build this nifty contraption- an incomplete circuit? but if he placed something metal between the wires it would complete the circuit and the lightbulb would light up.  We learned that keys, quarters, electrical wire, and drill bits conduct electricity, and Bakugan cards, crayons, pencils, and credit cards don't conduct electricity.

He really wants to win a trophy for something, but was thrilled to receive a third place medal which now proudly hangs on his wall.  (I have to mention... his friend won first place for his project on the digestive system- he tested to see how long it took corn to travel through his own digestive system.  Yikes!)

Way to go bro-bro!  We love you!
