We made it through Halloween. Zach says, "Next it's Thanksgiving, and then Christmas, and then my birthday and then I will be four. And then I will be 5 and go to school with Kade."
But first, we'll report on Halloween. We made it to a fun carnival at Kade's school on Friday, and Saturday we hit our old ward's trunk or treat.
None of our friends recognized Kyle in his wig and glasses- too funny.
We were proud of Kade's Frankenstein costume (which you can't see very well). We sprayed his hair black, painted his face green with scars and at the last minute I put him in Zach's old church suit and some of Kade's to-grow-into church shoes. He was happy, and he looked so funny.
Trick or Treat!
We all dress up at our house. This is me in my coveralls with "Bud" on them, and my favorite do-rag from the HEB in Texas.
Happy Halloween!
In other news...
We have a one-year old in the house.
This boy is busy. He's climbing, and running, and pulling things out, and eating things, and scooting the laundry basket to the bathroom to open the top drawer. This picture was taken after he dumped out my container of rice in the kitchen, followed by the flour, had an outfit change, mom cleaned the kitchen, and then he moved on to the bathroom. Good grief! Luckily for all of us he's a pleasant boy.

oh man. That too-small suit steals the show. Awesome. And I'm so glad you are still the proud of owner of a texan doo-rag. :)
p.s. if Sammy gets tired of emptying your drawers you should bring him to come do ours.
Jo! What a great idea for Kade and the too-small suit! too funny! And man I thought my toddler was busy! Motherhood Rocks!
