Christmas Parade

Okay, you all missed out (unless you were there!) Our Christmas parade was so much fun. It had everything any kid could hope to see: Buzz and Woody, Pooh and Tigger, the Star Wars gang, all our favorite Super Heroes, Shrek, the Disney Princesses, Dora, etc. And no candy, so the kids stayed out of the street and didn't have anything to fight over and NO local princesses or city council people waving- actually I did see one of our city councilmen driving his fancy convertible with Strawberry Shortcake or someone in the back. It was far more exciting than we could have ever imagined, certainly the best city parade we've ever been to. Oh, and the night before they did fireworks which were fantastic- red, white, and green, and the show started at 6, so the kids still went to bed on time- Hurray! So definitely put this on your fun list for next Christmas- we'll host for hot chocolate afterwards!
