One big happy family
Zach and I got to tag along with Gma Lee, Auntie B, and Aunt Trisha for the Bubby Birthday Celebration. We had lunch at the Pastry Pub of course (Yum!) Zach is ever the ladies man and took a liking to Aunt Barbara (he says "Ab Dobdah"), and thought it was his lucky day, and it was, to be with Gamma Lee AND 'Isha, too. It reminded me of the day maybe a year ago when Kade learned that his beloved Grandma Lee and his beloved "Aunt Bubby" were sisters. He got this really thoughtful look on his face and said with awe, "I wish I was their brother!" So cute. I enjoyed listening to the ladies chirping back and forth, planning get togethers with their cousins and their long awaited summer excursion to Holland. It made me miss my sisters- won't either of you EVER come to visit!?!?

We love you guys. I think that Ellie misses you guys the most, though. Every day, she goes around saying "Me Kade-o" and "Josh Zach-o-man". Which means that she is Kade and Josh is Zach. She also likes to pretend that I'm Kyle and that Jennie is Jodi. She's so funny about it. Yesterday, I was trying to get her to do something. I called her name like four times and she ignored me each time. Finally, she piped up and said: "ME KADE-O, Kyle!", and went back to whatever she was doing. When I finally addressed her as Kade-o, she payed attention to me and did whatever it was I was asking. Funny kid.
